About me
I come to technical work from both literature and computer science. Since 2018 I've written and translated books, and before that I spent years building, testing and fixing computers and software.
I write API docs in Docusaurus, keep them in Git, and test every call in Postman first. I also test software and do hands-on IT support. I contribute to open source documentation for Fedora and Canonical, and I volunteer on localization for Tuta's email app and website. I work with Linux and Windows, write basic Python, and read Java, JavaScript and SQL.
I've published three books: translations of C. P. Cavafy, with historical commentary, and K. G. Karyotakis, with notes; and a philosophical anthology with a bibliography of 400+ sources. I bring the same care to technical writing and testing.
You can see my literary work at Fragments of Freedom.
Based in Thessaloniki, Greece. EU citizen, free to work in Finland. I can relocate to Helsinki on the timeline the role requires.
